A Renowned security expert Dr. Issac Kofi Binney has stated that the security service and for that matter the Ghana Police Service should admit people with HND and Degrees into our security systems.
He claims it is very important the people who are recruited in this service have the ability to write and make proper research on modern policing.
"Policing is dynamic and not static and for that matter people with high educational background will help so I will advice we recruit applicants with HND and Degrees"
He added that due to the recent happenings in our security systems, the police service should contract a private security service to do a proper background check on individuals who apply for the security service.
This will help the nation to have sanity in our security services.
"I think its about time we do a proper background checks on anybody who applies in our security services, been it Fire Service, Military, Police and the rest to be able to have a proper recruitments"
Dr Binney made this claims when Speaking with Sir Kaay on Adekye Mu Nsem, a sociopolitical program on Sunyani based Akonoba FM.
